Been playing a bit of poker.

I was asked last week to give some updates on how poker is going. I haven’t really updated that part of my life on the blog, as I haven’t been playing an awful lot. I’ve been devoting a lot of time on the ladders, really immersing myself in that space. But I always play the occasional session here and there, even when it’s not a huge focus for me.

I’ve attached the last 9 months graph of my profit/loss, last couple of months also, as you will be able to see I have not played much at all. I actually ended up learning to trade because of the flat spot you will see in the 9 month graph. I hit a break even stretch which lasted almost 5 months and I really needed some time off from the game. It absolutely shit me to tears, literally, but if it wasn’t for that period, I’d have not discovered sports trading as soon as I did.

As I get back into poker more consistently, I’ll be sure to update the progression on here.

Cheers Luke
